The 2022/23 FRANZ Rising Star Project has received nearly 683 entries from gifted applicants that are from 31 schools worldwide. 16 distinguished judges from the UK, Germany, France, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Mainland China and Taiwan have selected the awarded artists.

We are delighted to announce the esteemed panel of judges for the 2019 FRANZ Rising Star Project. The panel consists of professionals from the industry and academia including directors of world renowned museums, lecturers, creative producers etc.

2019 FRANZ Rising Star Award

10 artworks were chosen by 15 distinguished judges from around 600 entries worldwide and were awarded 2019 FRANZ Rising Star Award. The winners of the Rising Star Award will receive an actual certificate and exclusive awards including exhibitions at Porzellanikon Selb in Germany, International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, Italy, British Ceramics Biennal and sales opportunity at Today Art Museum, China and Singaporean online art gallery - The Artling. Building An International Porcelain Platform

2019 FRANZ Rising Star Project would like to help scholarship winners to look porcelain design in a different way and broaden these young artists’ horizons through international communication. FRSP corporates with world-renowned art institutions from the UK, Germany, Italy, Singapore, China, Korea and Japan, hoping to meet more talented porcelain design students and build a world-class porcelain platform. By working with FRSP’s partners, young artists’ are given the chance to let their talents be seen by more people and encourage more creative talents to fulfill their porcelain dreams.
