Concept of artwork 設計理念:
“Waves” embodies the idea of a moving surface that expresses itself differently on each vessel. The vessels get their name from the wavy texture, gliding smoothly down on the delicate shapes—sometimes calm, sometimes wild—leaving behind the urge to touch them.This work shows how traditional ceramic techniques and knowledge combined with new technologies can open a different range of aesthetics and new ways of expression.

Technical Description There is a deep fascination of material and surface that led to the conception of this series. The ceramic body must be wedged - more or less plastic, depending on the shape and thickness of the pieces. The parameters of the code have to be as precise as the handling of the materiel by the artist. After the 3d-printing process, the objects are again put to work—fettled, glazed and fired. The interaction between the artist and the tool is crucial to achieve a regular surface and the thin wall thickness.
