My work features various parts of the animal body, such as a pig's trotter cup, chicken gizzards and hearts. Dining is not only an expression of desire but a basic survival necessity. Humans consume animals for sustenance and sometimes mercilessly prey on the weak. Everyone desires to be the one indulging at the dining table. The surgical knife symbolizes precise cutting , the swirling smoking patterns imply the surging desires within.
