Pieces of the Gesture catering collection were inspired by the movements of food making and cooking processes. Catering guests are invited to take a collaborative part in the making. Each piece helps in serving special dishes, where premade bites have to be combined with other sauces or ingredients.

The Gesture catering collection has four elements, which are reflecting different serving gestures: the movement of squeezing, grating, dipping, and pouring. The bowls are ideal for composing 6-8 snack foods. All of them have a handy shell shape for comfortable use.

Very well made and considered work. I love the use of cooking gestures to inform shape and and form. Beautiful, elegant and simple forms to enhance a dinning experience or perhaps sharing of food with others. I see a performative / interaction potential in this work. Very interested to see where this work goes!
