This piece was created using clay and corrugated cardboard, holding quiet traces of a material that no longer remains. During the firing, the cardboard burned away, leaving subtle marks—soft whispers of what once was. Inspired by the hidden life within a fruit, the work captures the still, fleeting instant when a seed comes into view. In that delicate moment, time seems to pause, and beginning gently meets end.

In addition to clay, paper box was used to shape the inner structure. It burned away in the kiln, leaving organic voids and subtle textures. The work explores the fragile moment when something hidden begins to surface—capturing the tension between containment and release.
