Concept of artwork 設計理念:
I moved from Thailand to pursue my MFA and have been immersed in a new culture which have changed my life and the way I make art.I found that I was slowly, unconsciously changing into a new person and trying to blend into the new culture.Eventually,I shifted back to myself, although a new, better version of myself. I realized that people from all around the world share similar feelings and you don't need to fit in to be happy.I came across a story of a man who went to jail before social media took over and changed how we live. It got me thinking; what if dinosaurs came back to live.They were here first,a long time ago.They died, and we changing their world. They would probably try so hard to fit in. Yet, they will stand out anyway because they are dinosaurs.Sometimes when I surround myself with a new environment,I feel like I’m a dinosaur. I think people will see that I do not belong. I think about these things a lot, then I realized that it’s just an insecurity.We should embrace our differences and find ways to live with it. I would like to send a message through my art that encourage people to accept that everybody is unique and that is what makes people special as individuals.

Aesthetics: This body of work is very complex and bold. I admire the confidence this work embodies. Where the work might not be to my taste personally, I like the bold and bizarreness of the dreamlike world this work creates. Innovation: this work is highly unique in its making and concept. Concept: I fully understand where this maker is coming from and what has brought them to create this work. I feel this is communicated well through concept and is communicated strongly through the physical work. The concept translates into a crazy dreamlike world with various beings and scenarios taking place. Craftsmanship: This work has been well made. A lot of the forms are complex, with various bold colours, glaze and lustre. A lot of time and dedication has gone into the creation of this work.
