Guo Jie Cheng is the Secretary General of CIDA, he is specialize in industrial design and product development, he is also one of the initiator of FRANZ Rising Star Project.

Self introduction 評審介紹

郭介誠教授現任「中華民國工業設計師協會｜秘書長」與「台灣設計聯盟｜秘書長」。德國漢堡藝術學院工業設計碩士畢業，曾任大葉大學工業設計系副教授暨系主任與大葉大學設藝學院碩士班主任，專業於工業設計與產品開發，也是法藍瓷光點計畫靈感發起人之一。

關於｜中華民國工業設計師協會
中華民國工業設計師協會成立於1967年，是台灣第一個以工業設計專業設計師為核心的組織，亦為國際工業設計社團協會的專業會員。協會致力於以「設計力創社會益」帶動台灣社會的設計產學發展，期望為台灣設計界注入源源不絕的生命力。

關於｜台灣設計聯盟
台灣設計聯盟（ Taiwan Design Alliance，以下簡稱TdA ）於2006經濟部工業局所提出，台灣各設計團體可比擬國際設計聯盟 ( International Design Alliance ) 凝聚各設計領域的力量，加強台灣設計界參與國際事務交流與合作。

Chinese Industrial Designers Association was founded in 1967, it is the first industry designer-oriented association in Taiwan, also a professional member of ICSID. The association aims to bring design into society to facilitate the development of design industry and education in chinese society, hoping to bring a new life into design field.

Guo Jie Cheng is the Secretary General of Chinese Industrial Designers Association and Chinese Industrial Designers Association. After he finished his master degree in industry design in Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg,he became associated professor and chair in Department of Industrial Design in DaYeh University. Guo Jie Cheng is specialize in industrial design and product development, he is also one of the initiator of FRANZ Rising Star Project.
