Wilhelm Siemen is the Director of Porzellanikon Selb, with a mission of ”promote the interaction between Europe ceramic culture and education“, he keeps working hard to give a new life to contemporary ceramic in this modern society.

Porzellanikon 是位於德國賽爾布（Selb）的陶瓷博物館，賽爾布引領歐洲陶瓷三百年歷史 ，而該博物館始建於1866年，目前是德國第一及歐洲最大的陶瓷專業博物館。Porzellanikon 不定期邀請世界知名陶瓷設計師和品牌前往展覽，法藍瓷（FRANZ）便曾於2012年受邀前往展出為期九個月的展覽。
Wilhelm Siemen 是現任賽爾布陶瓷博物館(Porzellanikon Selb)館長，秉持著促進歐洲陶瓷文化與教育交流的使命，持續不斷努力賦予當代陶瓷另一種全新面貌。Wilhelm Siemen 亦曾擔任2016年法藍瓷國際陶瓷設計大賽評審。
